This weekend....
- Dan is out of town: he flew to Michigan to pick up his Grandpa's old Caddy to drive home. Our hope is to be able to sell my car (2009 Mercury Mariner Premier.... brand new, people.... any takers?!), pay off the Explorer, and be car-payment-free for a few years!! How awesome would that be?!?!
Next weekend....
- We will drive to Michigan. Dan. Myself. Savannah. Addie. All of us. Thanksgiving. Family. Turkey. PUMPKIN PIE. All VERY good things.
The next weekend....
- CHICAGO!!!!!! Say what?!?! For our anniversary weekend we are headed to Chicago with our dear friends Stacey and Pat. We'll be staying at the Hilton on Michigan Avenue, spaving (shopping and saving at the same time... tee hee) until the men cry, eating, having great conversation, reciting way too many Wedding Crashers and Elf quotes, drinking wine and having a fantastic time!! My Mom is so wonderful and is watching Savannah for us for the weekend and allowing us the weekend to get away for the couples weekend. I CAN'T WAIT!
Then we have a few weekends off from traveling until the weekend after Christmas when we head back to Michigan to see JoJo and Eddie. They will be coming in from London to be with family and they will get to meet Savvi for the first time!! We will be there over New Years. It will be Savannah's first trip on an airplane so we pray this goes well! :)
