Baby Weight

... or you could call it "ate too much crap while I was pregnant, weight". So, it seems the past month my weight has refused to budge. Since my mega weight loss after delivering Savannah, I've lost three pounds. Thats it?! Ugh. But honestly, I haven't been trying all that hard. That has to change. I have been doing the 30 Day Shred video (although not consistently... 4 days on, 4 days off.... lazy butt.... niiice). So, today I set a goal. Not a 27 pound goal, but a smaller, more obtainable goal.

My goal: to lose 7 pounds by our cousin's wedding in July. With how much I weight, it shouldn't be a problem. All I have to do is make wise choices and be diligent about exercising. Sounds so easy, huh? Easy or not... I'm going to do it. Have to do it. Here we go.... and after that... a new goal :)

You can do it!! I'll be joining you in this effort VERY soon. I like your philosophy of making small goals to get to the big ones. You're brilliant :)

oy. I haven't even weighed myself yet. I am waiting until I go to the doctor...in 1 1/2 weeks. Then, and ONLY then, will I start the same process. Let me know how you do...we might have to make it a group effort...
