This weekend was really busy (especially for being only four weeks postpardum!). Saturday morning/afternoon Dan had to work at a Pitch Hit Run event while I went to St. Charles with Miss Savannah to my friend Sarah's baby shower (yay!). Sav and I were, of course, late. She decided she wanted to sleep instead of eat, therefore it took us 30 extra minutes to get out of the house! After the shower we met up with Dan at my Mama's house so we could all head to Clayton's graduation! I can't believe my "little" brother just graduated high school. The ceremony was quick and efficient (West does that so well) and Savannah was extremely good the entire time!
Sunday afternoon we headed back to the County to celebrate his graduation at my Mama's house. She put on a great graduation party for him! It was so nice to see all of my family I rarely get to see (Grandpa was up from Kentucky, JD in town from Florida, and my Aunt Sandy from Boston!) and for them to meet Savannah for the first time. The weather was beautiful and everyone had a great time.
After rehashing the events of the weekend, it doesn't seem like it was that busy. But, with a newborn in tow, everything is exhausting! We love every minute of it though :)
