It has been a little while since I've last posted.... it must be because I'm a very new, exhausted, emotional Mom! Being a Mom has been one of life's greatest blessings, and by far one of the hardest things! Sleepless nights, OUCHIE breasts from the early days of breastfeeding, a pesty dog, exhausted husband.... I'm just tired. BUT watching Savannah's hysterical facial expressions, getting peed on while changing an already loaded diaper, listening to Savannah learn to make new noises, and... and... and... make it all worth it!! I can't get enough of this little girl :) She is absolutely beautiful, incredibly sweet and did I mention she's beautiful?!

Yesterday my Mama (Sav's Grammy) and I took her to visit her Great Grammy :) She is totally ga-ga over Savannah and its so fun to see her get to hold and love on her precious great grandbaby. Savannah's Grammy, however, has gotten to hold her every day since she was born. She just can't stay away!! :) Its been wonderful having her around every day while Dan is at work. It gives me some human interaction, a diaper changer (she actually loves to change her diaper and insists she do it!!) and just quality time with my Mommy.

I have started the job search again - ugh. I feel as though I have been looking for a job for two years straight. Lets hope whatever job comes along will be one that lasts - no more lay offs, please!!! I can't stand the thought of leaving my baby girl, but I know I have to go back to work. Hopefully things will work out where I can find something three days a week.... that sounds so much more bearable than five days. Either way, I hope her Grammy can be the one to watch her during the days instead of going to a day care. There is nobody else I'd rather her spend her days with as she grows up!!!

I have some new pictures to post (I'll get to that later - the pics are on the other computer). She had her first bath documented where you will see how much she didn't care for that event! I will try to be more on top of blogging and posting pictures for you to see!
